Evenset Inc Hiring for Software Development Manager at Remote Full Time

You will be managing cool products in the healthcare and medical industry and help companies leverage technology to deliver better care. You will be responsible for the projects end to end, from working with the product design team and the technical team to communicating with the clients and making sure that everybody is on the same page about what is being built, how it is being built and when it will be ready to launch.

Our products range from mobile apps, web apps and dashboards, embedded devices and desktop applications. They are usually data centric and involves integrations with machine learning and natural language processing models. Who you are:
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience working directly within software development teams

You have a minimum of 4 years of experience working in a fast-paced or start-up environment, preferably a software agency

You have a minimum of 4 years of experience with managing and delivering software projects

You are capable of analyzing and communicating the software architecture in a technical project with both clients and developers

You have experience managing web-based, mobile products & solving complex user problems

You have experience working with different clients and delivering high-quality results

You are extremely detail-oriented and organized

You have a demonstrable passion and understanding of great user experiences & technology

You have a talent for presenting technological and business concepts to a diverse audience of stakeholders

Bonus points if you have knowledge of PHIPA & HIPAA regulations

Duties include:
Being the people leader of one or more teams of developers. You will support the team, ensuring that the developers possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to deliver high-quality results

Being the single point of contact and the source of truth for our projects

Ensuring project teams adhere to provided timelines and deliverables

Playing a key role in understanding and interpreting our clients’ business challenges and goals

Helping define project scope, goals and deliverables

Drafting project updates and coordinate client meetings to communicate progress and take feedback

Structuring presentations, documentation, request for proposal responses, and other collateral

Strategizing projects based on clients’ requirements and coordinate with the project team to ensure that tasks are correctly prioritized

Proactively looking to solve problems and identify opportunities for improvement
