Evans Memorial Hospital Hiring for Nursing Assistant at Claxton, GA Full Time

We need caring people to support our team of Nursing Assistants who are responsible for providing care to patients and assisting health care professionals with their duties. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for healthcare, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be capable of following written and verbal instructions. The successful candidate should also have experience administering medication, performing cleansings and changing bandages.

Responsibilities:

• Work in a team environment with other nursing assistants, nurses, and doctors.
• Meet with doctors and nurses to discuss patient conditions and care plans.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized environment for facility/patients.
• Complete an assigned task or job according to all specified criteria in a timely manner.
• Communicate and interact with patients, visitors, families, and co-workers in a professional manner.

Pay: $12.50 – $19.50 per hour
