Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling inbound calls, emails and chats from customer’s inquiries and complaints in a timely and accurate way
Clarify the customer’s complaint, determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problems
Expiditing correction or adjustment; ensuring customer queries are answered to the satisfaction; follow up to ensure resolution
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies and provide accurate and complete information

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

A passion for customer service and to be customer service oriented with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
The ability to proble solve and communicate clearly, focus on quality and conflict resolution, analyzing information and problem solving skills while remaining professional and courteous
The ability to multi-task, excellent phone and documentation skills
One year of experience working in a call center industry with chat support programs
Knowledge in MS Office; Google Docs, Forms and Sheets

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
