Typical R&R and Role Description:

• Facilitate collaboration within the team in solving interesting and challenging business problems

• Help to develop great engineering and organizational practices through different software development practices

• Grow a healthy, collaborative engineering culture in line with the company values

• Analyze functional requirements, and design and implement solutions based on SDLC.

• Knowledge in building MDM tools.

• Create a technical design of application components using SmartCo

• Design and develop Data quality scripts on SmartCo

• Code, test, and deploy application components with local and onshore developers within a Scrum team.

• Responsible for delivering high-quality code that meets our KPI

• Work with test engineers to ensure minimum defects are introduced into QA

• Ability to look beyond the status quo and identify areas of constant change/improvement.

• Experience in release management and co-ordinate in production rollout.

Role expectations (Must Have):

* 1-3 years of experience in SmartCo MDM tool (Neoxam Platform)

* 2+ years of experience in MDM, Data Quality

• Manage and nourish key client stakeholder relationships and be a true strategic partner to your clients.

• Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to design, influence, execute, and improve data management and data quality processes

• You will be accountable for the successful and timely delivery of projects primarily in the Data Hub domain.

* You will play a developer cum tech lead that entails working within a scrum team located in India and USA.

• You will work with other partner teams in multiple geographic locations around the world.

• Experience in data quality management and best practices across data solution implementations

• Excellent project leading capabilities demonstrated by the ability to organize workstreams, estimate, and deliver on timelines, anticipate dependencies, delays in delivery, and take appropriate steps to prevent them (including laying out the process and ensuring its compliance)

Role expectations (Good to Have):

• Knowledge and experience in creating golden copy on Prices and security data

• Microsoft Azure experience would be considered an advantage

• Good verbal and written communication and organizational skills

• Demonstrable experience of being able to work to very tight timelines on multiple detailed activities simultaneously.

• Experience working with agile methodology, especially scrum

Education and experience:

• Graduate/ Post-graduate in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology from a reputed university.

• 4-12 years of experience in data management, data governance, MDM, Data Quality

• 2+ Working experience in the Financial Services (AM/WM, etc) domain
