Join the Eva Carlston Academy as a Professional Youth Mentor (Family Teacher).

We are seeking individuals to work directly with adolescent females, ages 12-18. Professional Youth Mentors teach our young clients by delivering specialized treatment throughout their day-to-day activities such as school, meal time, and recreation. You will assist these youth in developing critical life skills, and help foster self esteem and emotional growth as part of a greater clinical treatment team. Must be patient yet assertive, reliable, outgoing, honest, have the ability to quickly problem solve in high stress situations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a career in mental health, behavioral health or social work.

This is a full time position with a full benefits package after 60 days. Benefits offered are full medical coverage at no cost to the employee; also available are dental, vision, short and long term disability, Life Insurance, 401k, pet insurance, and discounted gym membership.

As our youth reside with us full time the ideal candidates will have flexible schedules and be available to work either mornings and/or evenings, including some weekends and holidays. Weekend shifts receive a 25% base pay bonus! Holidays are double-pay.
