Purpose Of The Job
The Principal Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) is a pivotal role to the EBRD in identifying top talent for the organisation at the mid to senior level, reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition. The role is responsible for creating and executing sourcing strategies and establishing diverse candidate pipelines for key management and leadership roles for the Bank. This role owns and manages relationships directly with the Bank’s leaders, acting as a trusted adviser on all recruitment matters. As well as a deep understanding of the designated business area and relevant external market, the Principal TAP will also maintain a high-level overview of the recruitment activity in their aligned client areas through working closely with the other members of the Talent Acquisition team.
Background
This role acts largely independently to support the business with identifying the best in class talent for mid to senior level roles at the Bank. The incumbent will work closely with the stakeholders leading on tactical recruitment activities for their department. The Principal will also work directly with senior stakeholders to drive strategic recruitment initiatives to enable the business to achieve their long term resourcing goals. The successful candidate will provide expert advice to influence the business on the most appropriate candidate sourcing strategies, interview structure, and will lead and advise on offer management.
This role requires proactive collaboration with other teams within HROD such as Reward, Mobility, Payroll and HR Business Partnering for their expertise, and to ensure a joined up approach for the client and candidate experience. The incumbent is also expected to build and maintain the relationships with others external partners such as POCs from other IFIs, Ministry workers, suppliers etc
