Europa Worldwide Group is an independent privately-owned operator delivering pro-active and innovative freight solutions worldwide. We’ve grown to employ more than 1300 staff and have a presence in more than 160 countries across the globe, offering Road, Air and Sea, Showfreight, Warehouse and Contact Centre services.

Due to further growth within the business, we require an additional Internal Recruiter within the team who will be responsible for supporting the Head of Recruitment in finding the best talent for the entire group. Working on a variety of roles, with focus on junior to mid-level roles in sales, operations, warehousing, finance, HR and IT.

We require a driven individual with some experience in recruitment but still requires some training to gradually work their way up, OR an experienced recruiter, who can come in and hit the ground running working on mid – senior level vacancies.

Our Ideal Person:

• Previous recruitment experience (in-house or agency) is vital.
• Solid understanding of the full recruitment cycle.
• Proven experience in building strong relationships with clients/hiring managers.
• Delivering on vacancies with quality and speed.
• Confident and personable personality will be a perfect fit within the team – we require a ‘people’s person’.
• Has a passion for providing an exceptional candidate experience.
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Is driven, pro-active and uses own initiative to speak with hiring managers, source candidates and deliver on vacancies.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to create job adverts for internal vacancies.
• Advertise job vacancies on job boards, social media platforms and internal platforms.
• Research, source and interview the best talent on the market.
• Receive and review applications, manage interviews and create a shortlist of candidates for hiring managers.
• Travel to other Europa sites, as required
• Update Europa’s inhouse database.
• General administrative tasks.
• Any other tasks as requested by your line manager.
