Software Development Manager – Up to £75k DOE plus excellent benefits – Fully Remote

We currently a great opportunity for a Software Development Manager who has a strong background with developing internal systems.

To summarise our role, you will be responsible for a development sub-team which is made up of 4 to 8 developers, lead relevant meetings with Finance stakeholders to clarify requirements determine priorities and demonstrate solutions, manage and motivate your developers to meet deadlines and work efficiently, organise and support the launch of new features to the business and have a proven development background involving .NET and MS SQL technologies.

Europa’s Warehousing / third party logistics business provides services for several well-known brands. Our software integrations with these companies are vital to the continued success of this area of our business and enable our partners to continue to deliver first-class customer service.

Our Development Team provide bespoke software solutions to both support and improve this area of our business, for both existing and new customers. These solutions are designed and developed “from the ground up” enabling a long term, future proof and fit for purpose solution. This is a great opportunity to be involved in a successful and critical area of the business.

What you can expect from us:

• Up to £75,000 per annum
• Fully Remote – We meet up as a team at least every 3 months – Office based in Worksop, Nottinghamshire

• 37.5 hour work week – Core hours you must be available are Monday to Wednesday 9:00-15:00 – Thursday – Friday 9:00-14:00
