• To assess the current recruitment processes and to then design and implement the recruitment model (based on insight and best practice) to support the Fastmarkets strategy and growth
• Identify, develop and ongoing management of the recruitment channels, including the PSL, all social media channels as well as developing networks in the right markets to ensure we access talents and diverse individuals
• To develop and maintain the candidate pipeline by creating best-in-class talent acquisition methods using comprehensive recruitment channels (e.g. referrals, direct sourcing, social media, targeted universities, technical communities) to attract key talent
• Develop recruitment practices and design recruitment campaigns that result in delivering a highly skilled and diverse pipeline of candidates.
• Data Analysis and talent mapping –gather data from a variety of sources to analyse trends (internal and market), identify implications of the data, draw valid conclusions and insights to set future strategies for hiring goals and business needs
• To design and develop a metrics dashboard to drive visibility as well as using the metrics to continue to adapt and improve our recruitment strategies
• Develop hiring managers capability by running learning sessions to share knowledge and best practices (ie how to write good job descriptions, interview process etc..)
• Delivering Excellence – Deliver results by identifying customer and operational needs, setting priorities, removing barriers and obstacles, and coaching on allocating resources effectively to provide a professional and comprehensive recruitment service across the business

• Success working as an in-house recruiter in a fast-paced commercial business
• Proven ability to collate, interpret and analyse data, reporting to senior management to drive decisions and results
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise to deliver at pace a high workload with attention to detail
• Confidence to guide and coach senior managers on recruitment issues
• Stakeholder management; you are a natural multitasker and able to partner effectively with your internal and external stakeholders

EXPERIENCE

• Substantial knowledge and experience within the field of talent acquisition
• Ability to flex between identifying the right recruitment strategy and working with the business in delivering the right operational outcomes
• Proactively build and manage a candidate pool with experience engaging candidates and networking to generate referrals
• Support candidates throughout the hiring process, creating an excellent candidate experience and developing our brand reputation
• Fastmarkets is a global business, so experience in developing a recruitment strategy with a global footprint is an advantage but not a necessity.
• Experience in benchmarking, using Willis Towers Watson methodology would be desirable
