About the role

• The Talent Resourcer/Recruiter will work in partnership with the operational teams to ensure an effective recruitment service to our managers/clients and candidates
• This role will manage permanent/contractor recruitment, delivering a strong talent pipeline

What will I be doing?

• Establish trusted relationships and partnerships, developing a sound understanding of our business and our client’s requirements

• Understand operational risk and issues, and mitigate these with a proactive approach to recruitment/resourcing
• Provide resource augmentation and resources for managed service projects
• Pro-active in sourcing candidates using networks/LinkedIn sourcing and social media – a true head-hunter
• Provide a great candidate experience
• Work effectively within conflicting demands
• Operational management of fast-paced recruitment, including checking documentation
• Provide advice on industry best practices, audit/legislative requirements
• Ensuring that we take a proactive approach to recruitment – creating talent pools and pipelines for future requirements

What do I need?

• Experience of using LinkedIn licenses to headhunt great candidates
• 2-4 years experience in resourcing/recruiting within the IT sector (agency or in-house), ideally within testing – with an understanding of technical roles/technologies
• Accustomed to recruiting for permanent and associate resource
• You will need experience of operating within changing legislation such as immigration changes and IR35
• A sense of urgency, with the ability to and able to plan and prioritise permanent recruitment and temporary resourcing. Working to ever-changing deadlines/client requirements
• To care about diversity and inclusion and have experience integrating D&I into pipelining activities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain successful
• Proven experience in recruitment best practices and managing the entire recruitment process including briefing calls, candidate sourcing, handling interviews and successfully making placements,
• Confidence with networking on with social media networks

Success within the role will be assessed against your ability to build great stakeholder relationships and delivery of key metrics such as permanent v contractor ratio and costs.
