Eurobase People is part of the Eurobase International Group, which has been established over 25 years and has offices in both London and Chelmsford. Our core focus is providing recruitment solutions within both European and UK IT markets. Our goal with each client is simple – to exceed expectations.
Our recruitment business has been transformed by a complete restructure during 2020, with a clear focus on business development giving us the foundations to begin our next phase of significant growth. The strategy centres around organically growing each business unit under the right leadership, with substantial support and investment provided.
The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced talent acquisition to drive our next phase of expansion over the next 24 months and beyond. Our growth plan is ambitious and will require a minimum of 50 new heads during this period, with roles ranging from senior leadership and experienced recruiters to entry level positions.
You will work closely with the Directors to design and implement a hiring strategy that enables the company to source the top talent from what is a very competitive and incestuous marketplace. You will need to be a credible, commercially minded, and driven individual who is comfortable building relationships with recruiters whilst being able to present the opportunities and potential of a role at Eurobase clearly and articulately.
Alongside the ongoing recruitment of experienced hires, you will also work closely with the Directors and the Head of Learning and Development to aid the success of the “EP Academy”. Recruiting large volumes of entry level candidates/graduates with little or no experience is at the core of our growth strategy, with candidates going through an intense 3-6 month onboarding and training programme. The Talent Acquisition Lead will play a key role in not just the recruitment of each intake, but also the analysis of which skills/attributes/characteristics each successful hire possesses, helping the Academy continue to improve and evolve.
