We arrived in Australia in 2019, purchasing the Woolworths Fuel business with a commitment to deliver a modern consumer retail offer and to become your chosen destination for quality food, coffee and fuel. Our Group operations exceed 6,000 fuel and convenience sites across Europe and the US, bringing a wealth of experience to our Retail Operations in Australia .

As we increase the capacity of our internal TA Team we are looking for a passionate and self-motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to directly support innovative sourcing strategies to attract and secure great future talent for EG Group. This is an opportunity to work closely with our Store Operations teams and have a direct impact on our network of stores.

WHAT WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?

• Support recruitment process across the team with candidates and hiring managers;
• Actively source talented candidates including Regional support for our network;
• Assist with onboarding new employees into the business;
• Proactively develop talent pools and pipelines;
• Support the TA Team to attract, select and make effective hiring decisions.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• An experienced Recruiter with a genuine passion for finding and landing great talent;
• Confidence with high volume recruitment and proficiency with SAP Success Factors or IRS;
• An ability to adapt and innovate different recruitment approaches;
• Excellent team player ready to learn and grow in an environment of growth;
