Our Group operations exceed 6,000 fuel and convenience sites across Europe and the US, bringing a wealth of experience to our Retail Operations in Australia.

We are looking for an Office Manager to manage the day-to-day operations and administration of our Support Office based in North Sydney. You will ensure the streamlined and professional coordination of all Support office functions, create a positive impression for clients and stakeholders and be the go to for many of our Support Office Team! You will provide direct support to our Executive team and oversee the centralised support for travel and expense operation management across the broader business.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Oversee and coordinate the effective day-to-day running of the reception and administration functions – providing support to relevant staff as required for Support Office facilities.
• Ensure all visitors and employees follow the appropriate processes on arrival to the Support Office including the management of COVID Safety Practices.
• Coordinate travel booking services for the Executive & Operations Team, including month end reconciliations and reporting.
• Maintaining the general upkeep of the premises, including reception and kitchen duties as required.
• Reconcile credit card expenses for the Executive Team.
• Ensure office supplies and consumables are proactively managed and accounted for.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role gained within a corporate/professional setting.
• Knowledge and experience of finance administration/accounts including travel & expense management.
• Technically savvy across various computer systems and exposure to accounting software.
• Skilled organiser with the ability to juggle and prioritise multiple tasks at once.
• High level of initiative and a proactive approach to work with the ability to follow through on all tasks.
• People oriented with excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Energy to consistently look for innovative ways to operate within our business.
