We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner that can act as an extension of the Talent Acquisition Lead, helping to navigate, execute and scale an increasingly complex talent function. This largely involves the following responsibilities:
Provide day to day recruitment support for the Product teams.
Lead innovative sourcing initiatives to attract passive talent and proactively build talent pipelines.
Drive continuous improvement of talent gaps and inefficiencies.
Work collaboratively to implement and optimise our systems, processes, and strategies to improve velocity of hiring and create a seamless hiring experience for all stakeholders.
Data-driven approach to recruitment and the ability to track market trends and provide analysis to the talent team and stakeholders.
Outside of these core responsibilities, there is opportunity to improve the quality of decision making and execution across the key areas of Talent decision making:
Provide an experienced perspective on key strategic initiatives and develop into a trusted recruitment partner to the business unit being supported (Product)
Ensure people, process and technology investments support the advancement of the organisation’s mission and vision.
Be a part of quarterly roadmapping and OKR setting with leadership and talent team.
3+ years in a high performance environment, whether that is technology or in a high growth startup.
Your skillset:
End-to-end recruitment experience with the ability to execute tactically but also be strategically. This includes sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, through to offer closing and managing ongoing diverse pipelines.
Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communications skills that can be applied across organizational levels, countries and cultures.
Passionate about candidate experience, exemplified through both your operational and strategic approach and follow through.
Experience leading initiatives towards diversity, equity and inclusion.
Strong collaboration skills to work closely within the talent team, wider people team, leadership and across groups.
Proven track record of developing effective partnerships across groups, and the ability to influence and share hiring best practices.
Manages confidentiality without exception.
Strong attention to detail and a focus on execution.
Experience working in a creative team environment.
Ability to maintain good judgment in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
