We plug into doctors, specialists and pharmacies from all over the country, and our brands (Pilot, Kin, Normal and Software) cater for different demographics. Our most recent brand, Juniper, is changing the way woman go through Menopause.

Who would this role suit?

An ambitious designer looking for a role in a rapidly growing startup looking to work with world-class design and marketing teams to help build out the future of healthcare and make a tonne of work in the process. The role has a clear progression path into brand design or art direction in the creative team for the right candidate.

Key Accountabilities:

• Building and maintaining a library of creative assets for each brand
• Build and maintain working files that are shared with other designers
• Concept and design marketing materials for multiple channels
• Retouching of campaign imagery
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics
• Collaborate with the broader design teams across the business
• Coordinate smaller pieces of post-production work such as product shoots or motion design work
• Add to the design systems and assist in the visual development of the Eucalyptus brand portfolio
• Ensure all final deliverables are built with channel best practices in mind
• Create and manage workflow for projects and ensure they are delivered by the deadline

Essentials:

• High level of proficiency in Figma / Adobe Creative Cloud
• High level of attention to detail
• Resourceful and capable of working to deadlines
• Excellent eye for core design principles like typography and layout
• Have an understanding of current design trends and best practices
• A collaborative team player that’s not afraid to ask questions
