We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO to ensure that the right issues are being prioritised, that solutions are well designed and that information is shared between stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery.

At the moment, there are a couple of central issues we are trying to solve.

• How do we scale our organisation globally: We’ve launched in two overseas markets with plans for five more, how do we ensure that resourcing, prioritisation, and best practice align across the world?

• How do we deliver best in class outcomes for chronic disease management delivered via telehealth?
• How do we advocate for the role of telehealth in the health systems of the countries we operate?

The Role

What we are looking for in a COS is someone that can drive high quality decision making and execution across the executive team, helping to navigate and scale an increasingly complex organisation. This largely involves the following responsibilities:

Improve Prioritisation, Decision Making And Execution Across The Organisation

• Improve alignment between members of the executive, as well as between the executive and the broader business.
• Provide day to day support for the executive.
• Take strategic thinking and distilling into digestible form, circulating and seeking feedback from leaders across the organisation
• Create structures for accountability around major projects within the organisation
• Drive continuous improvement of organisational gaps and inefficiencies
• Follow up and hold all leaders accountable for the outcomes/ deliverables

Responsibilities

Outside of these core responsibilities, there is opportunity to improve the quality of decision making and execution across the key areas of CEO decision making

• Distill long term visions into cross functional roadmaps and ensure alignment between key functional leaders
• Ensure people, process and technology investments support the advancement of organisation’s mission and vision
• Run quarterly roadmapping and OKR setting
• Act as a sounding board to senior leadership on matters of strategy, team efficiency, and operations

Your Qualifications

• 3+ years in a high performance environment, whether that is consulting, banking, technology or a high growth startup.
• Healthcare experience is a plus but not essential.

Your Skillset

• Ability to execute tactically.
• Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communications skills that can be applied across organizational levels, countries and cultures
• Excellent collaboration skills to work closely with senior leadership on the team and across groups.
• Proven track record of developing effective partnerships across groups, ability to influence senior leaders
• Manages confidentiality without exception
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on execution
• Capable of strong individual contribution and influence across non-direct ing teams
• Experience working in a creative team environment
• Ability to maintain good judgment in fast-paced, high-stress environments
• Proactive, forward thinking and able to effectively and quickly synthesize disparate information into clear recommendations, actions and decisions
• Organisational agility, with the ability to impact and influence leaders within the team
• Ability to rapidly gain and build trust and confidence of internal and external stakeholders
