ETL Systems Hiring for Talent Acquisition Officer Job at Hereford, England Full Time

We have an exciting opportunity as a Talent Acquisition Officer.

This role will be focusing on proactively attracting and sourcing the highest calibre of candidates, and building a top class talent pipeline and network for our growing company. To be successful in this role, you will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will be highly organised and adaptable, with a strong attention to detail and have a real passion for sourcing talent. Some core responsibilities will include:

• Creating targeted attraction strategies.
• Implementing initiatives to raise our Employer Brand.
• Attracting candidates through proactive methods like LinkedIn, job boards and gaining referrals.
• Working on a variety of recruitment campaigns across a range of departments.
• Carrying out the end-to-end recruitment process, delivering excellent customer service throughout.

You will have a good track record in recruitment campaign management, with proven experience of interviewing. Knowledge of current recruitment legislation and best practice is essential, and you must hold at least a CIPD Level 3 qualification or relevant experience.

This role will focus on Recruitment and Selection, so having a keen interest in this field is essential. You will be an excellent communicator and be able to build relationships with staff and candidates.
