Ethos Veterinary Health Hiring for Client Care Coordinator at Williston, VT Full Time

The ideal candidate will deliver a professional first impression along with exceptional communication and customer service skills while performing day-to-day tasks. He/she will also have the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.

Some of these tasks include but are not limited to:

• Educating our clients and referring veterinarians about the services offered by Peak.
• Provide clients with compassionate support throughout interactions over the phone and in person.
• Assist clients with general information and to schedule appointments for a multi specialist hospital.
• Complete reminder and follow up communications to clients, including by phone and email.
• Obtain referral information from veterinarians for upcoming appointments.
• Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Qualified candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills and be motivated to provide outstanding service to patients, clients, and our referring veterinarian community.
• We are looking for a problem solver who can be flexible in situations when protocols may not apply and when handling unanticipated tasks.
• The right candidate will be able to develop and maintain positive working relationships and thrive in a team environment while still working on individual tasks.

We are looking for someone wanting to work 20 hours per week. The hours that Client Care covers are 7:30am to 7pm, weekdays and weekends.
