Etex Group Hiring for Inhouse Recruiter at Bristol Full Time

This role will support all recruitment activities within the country to ensure we have a robust process in place, which is adopted by each hiring manager so that ‘time to hire’ and ‘cost to hire’ ratios are favourable. You will also support in ensuring we achieve a positive candidate experience, whilst promoting Etex as an employer of choice and a great place to work. Duties include:

• Ensure recruitment agreement discussion take place with the hiring managers and that the process, roles and expectations are clear.
• Work with line managers and HR team members to ensure jobs are well defined and candidate profiles are understood.
• Ensure job requisitions are created and progressed through authorisation chains.
• To work with internal job description documents to create engaging, attractive and legally compliant job adverts for vacancies.
• To ensure roles are advertised internally and externally as appropriate. Generate job postings (Career page, Job boards & Social media postings).
• To monitor and progress vacancies, working with local HR and line management teams to problem solve and clear any blocks.
• To support hiring managers with assessments providing templates and tools where appropriate to ensure fair and consistent assessments, and that feedback is recorded and available by request.
• To ensure Etex’s reputation is assured through good candidate management and communication.
• Work with the local hiring managers and HR teammates to ensure verbal and written job offers are made within parameters.
• Ensure relevant information is passed to appropriate HR teammates to begin the onboarding process.
• Educate and develop line managers and support HR teams in the appropriate use of the relevant systems and tools, in order to deliver consistently high-quality data and insights for different users and a legally compliant, professional, smooth and engaging recruitment, selection and onboarding experience.
• Collaborate with Country HR team and Talent and Development Experts to identify internal talent. Contributing to nurturing Etex Teammates Careers within the Etex Group.
• Work with the Country HR Lead and collaborate with the Regional Talent acquisition Manager, to develop Country specific strategies, and plan activities that will improve the time to fill vacancies.
• Participate in the country college/school engagement initiatives where appropriate
• To control the use of agencies and costs associated with working with agencies.
• Work with agreed agencies and suppliers to develop partnerships and deliver on initiatives
• To be compliant with GDPR and ensure hiring managers are aware of their responsibilities
