The Role

The HR Process Manager will ensure the smooth running of all transactional elements relating to the employee lifecycle by managing a team of HR Process Specialists/Experts to support all Etex UK businesses on the following: Recruitment & Onboarding, Payroll, Absence & Case Management, Training, Outplacement & Benefits.

You will standardise processes and ensure continuous improvement methodologies are considered in all HR activities, including HR tools and systems to ensure we have digital solutions and paperless operations (where possible), version control of documentations, including transparency and availability of these processes for internal customers and audit proof arrangements in place. This is an integral role, which will be responsible for the service level agreement within the HR team and wider stakeholders relating to matters within your responsibility. The HR Process Manager / HR Administration Manager will support the HR function to ensure seamless HR services are provided to the team and is the lynchpin that strengthens the HR partnering service to the businesses. This position will be accountable for all the HR administration activities as a standalone transaction or as part of a process.

Roles and Responsibilities

The HR process Manager administers the process through which new employees are taken onboard and indoctrinated, for example, preparation of offer and contracts, volunteer agreements, as well as the processing of all pre-employment checks. – The HR process Manager additionally conducts induction meetings with new employees to ensure that they are familiar with the Etex HR tools and procedures.

The HR process Manager is additionally tasked with ensuring that all payroll instructions are prepared, logged, and submitted to the Payroll Manager in a timely manner, meeting the business’s monthly payroll run, for example, new starters, contractual variations, leavers, staff benefits, and contractual benefits.

The HR process Manager also works closely with the Country HR Lead in the development of the business’s overall human resources strategies to guarantee the implementation of HR best practice across the business and in accordance with specified business objectives and group directives.
