Job Title : Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location : Reading, UK (Remote)

Job Type : Full Time Contract, 6 months(and could be extended for another 6 months. Potential to convert to FTE after project completion.)

The Primary responsibility of the Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist is to oversee the full life-cycle of recruiting that includes but is not limited to recruiting, screening and recommending candidates using creative sourcing methods (internal and external) for the US and EMEA.

This role is in a fast-paced environment where being proactive and providing attention to detail is a must. Support diversity & inclusion initiatives along with internal mobility globally that are aligned with recruitment.

Responsibilities :

Oversees the full life cycle of the recruiting process by screening resumes, interviewing candidates (by phone), administers appropriate assessments when required;

works with hiring manager on making recommendations for hire (or not hire) and delivers employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings.

• Uses the applicant tracking module in iCIMS to manage the recruiting process.
• Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as college career fairs, talent pools and LinkedIn Recruiter etc., to identify and attract quality candidates.
• Promotes job postings to ensure high visibility with potential candidates in the local community and throughout the area.
• Support diversity & inclusion initiatives along with internal mobility globally that are aligned with recruitment.
• Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation).
• Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications :

• 5+ Years of hands-on experience involved in the full life-cycle recruiting in the computer software industry, Global recruitment experience preferred.
• Hands on ATS experience required.
• A can-do attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service to employees, candidates, business partners, and clients.
• Ability to handle requisitions in peak times for the US and EMEA. (e.g., 20-25 requisitions at a time).
• Ability to work autonomously and use resources available to complete tasks timely.
• Experience managing change in a rapidly changing and a growing, culturally diverse environment.
• Experience in supporting diversity & inclusion initiatives along with internal mobility initiatives globally.
• Experience with organizing internship programs and career fairs.
• A demonstrated track record of managing and prioritizing multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong professional presence, ability to interact with various internal and external stakeholders and gain respect quickly.
• Demonstrate ability to appropriately handle confidential information and sensitive situations in a reliable manner.
