Shipping and Receiving

Receive Customer Repairs : Create Simple Notification in SAP. Ensure all procedural requirements are meet when receiving a repair

Receive Subcontracted Repairs : Close repair PO in SAP

Receive Distribution Parts : Enter parts in SAP, and all Airworthiness documentation procedures are followed.

Receive Non-Inventory : Process non-inventory parts into SAP

Shipping Completed Repairs : Ship complete repairs to the end customer. Shipping done using ShipERP (Fedex, UPS, DHL). Ensure Airworthiness documentation procedures are followed.

Shipping Customer Distribution Parts : Pick and pack customer orders accurately and ship using SHIPERP. Follow first in, first out inventory control, (FIFO) and all ensure Airworthiness documentation procedures are followed.

Must be able to ship International (ACE System) and ship HAZMAT

Lean Culture

Maintain work area up to 5S standards

Participate in all Lean department and facility function. (SIM meetings, Kaizen events, Milk / Train Runs, and any other Lean projects)

Maintain the Logistic area in a clean neat manner.

Inventory

Must be able to pick parts for the shop and issue them in SAP. (Reservations) Follow first in, first out inventory control. (FIFO

Cycle Counts, enter cycle count numbers into SAP and perform any recounts.

Monitor shelf life products and scrap as needed

Ensure items are stored in a safe and secure manner to prevent damage, loss, or theft.

Quality

Adhere to ESD, Foreign Object standards.

Must be up to date on all ISO documentation to maintain “audit” ready status

Professionalism

Complete all Corporate and Branch Trainings on time.

Ability to communicate effectively with peers, management and other departments
