Job title:- Accounting Clerk/ Customer Service Representative

Duration:- Springfield, MO 65803

Location: – 12 Months

Pay rate:- $20/hr – $25/hr

Description:

• Resolve overcharges on the Client Virtual Cards through submission to issuing banks
• Provide further evidence and information to issuing bank during hotel rebuttal phase
• Conducting analysis of data to find opportunities for rebuttal efforts
• Participating in brainstorming for and testing of new processes, systems, and tools used in collections
• Communicate clearly and effectively to convey information through emails
• Monitor and maintain work queue to ensure cases do not exceed our recovery timelines
• Complete work effectively and efficiently to achieve department metrics
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat PDF
• Understanding of Microsoft Excel
• Build cases in a PDF format to track communication and resolution on hotel partners

Roles and responsibilities:

• Communicate clearly and effectively to convey information through a variety of means.
• Monitor and maintain work queue to insure cases do not exceed our recovery timelines
• Review and research vendor rebuttals returned by card issuers for chargebacks that have been submitted, and respond as needed
• Complete work effectively and efficiently to achieve department metrics
