ETAP Hiring for Sales Engineer Full Time

Position Summary

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing the sales effort within an assigned territory. The successful candidate will utilize exceptional technical knowledge to recommend product solutions to potential customers while cultivating new relationships and maintaining current customer relationships.

Job Description

• Responsible for achieving the assigned sales quota and managing his/her sales effort within the territory assigned
• Make regular sales calls to develop relationships and follow up on leads and establish long-term, ongoing repeat relationships
• Responsible for development and delivery of product demonstrations
• Develop sales proposals for customers on technical products & services
• Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
• Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
• Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events
• Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, vendors, and others in a courteous and professional manner
• Other duties as assigned

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• 3+ years professional selling experience in high-tech or service related industry preferred
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas
• Experience of financial and commercial contract negotiations
• Good business acumen with the ability to understanding industry dynamics, the competitive environment and customer business drivers
• Strong presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills
• Self driven, motivated and results oriented
• Previous work experience in an international business environment
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Computer Skills related to creation of s and presentations in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree from a four year college or university in Electrical Engineering is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
