Job Description
Esure has a fantastic opportunity for a Payroll/HR Services Assistant to join our HR Shared Services team. This is a part-time role based in our Glasgow city centre office with hybrid working options available. You will be contracted to 18 hours per week working Wednesday to Friday, hours of work to be discussed and agreed with the successful applicant.
You will deliver an efficient and effective HR support and advisory service to departments within the business by providing first line contact on all people related issues consistent with internal processes, regulatory and legal requirements.
What we are looking for:

• Experience of working in a HR Shared Service team
• Sound knowledge of payroll legislation and practice
• A pro-active approach to work and problem solving with the ability to spot and deal with issues as they occur
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of working on own initiative
• Excellent active listening and presentation/communication skills

Qualifications*

• Previous HR experience
• Strong IT skills
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Qualification in HR or related field
• Excellent customer service skills
• Numerate, and has the ability to process and analyse data is essential
