Talent Acquisition Specialist
Must have 8-10 years experience, law firm preferred
Must be vaccinated
Why do we like this client? Because they are a happy place to work. Our client is a worldwide law firm seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist for its’ Century City offices.
The firm handles Fortune 100 corporations, hires attorneys from the top 10 law schools and has a low turnover. It believes in promoting employees from within and offers rewarding and challenging roles.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- Provides guidance to employees on FMLA , STD, and Worker’s Compensation
- Assists drafting job descriptions
- Sources, screens, and interviews applicants
- Interfaces with employment agencies and makes arrangements for temporary staff
- Reviews applications, prepares offer letters, conducts reference checks and background checks
- Assists with onboarding new employees and new hire orientation
- Assists with annual performance review process
- Assists managers in performance issues. Participates in disciplinary meetings or separations
- Ensures secretarial and reception coverage
- Creates HR related reports and provides HR metrics
- Processes new hire and separation paperwork. Makes HRIS transactions and ensure data integrity
- Conducts exit interviews, identifies and communicates trends to Business Director as appropriate
- Ensures recruitment, personnel, I-9 and EEO files are properly set up and maintained
As an experienced Talent Specialist, you have:
- A BA degree
- 8-10 years experience, preferably in a law firm
- Professional in Human Resources certification (PHR) (preferred).
- A love of people, your job and just life in general

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
