Talent Acquisition – Attorney Recruiter

Our client, an AmLaw 10 global law firm, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition – Attorney Recruiter for its Century City offices. The firm offers an excellent, congenial atmosphere and hires its attorneys from the top 25 law schools.

In this dynamic Talent Acquisition – Attorney Recruiter position, you will:

• Work with practice leadership on strategic identification and development of lateral associates

• Coordinate entire recruitment process for lateral associate/non-track attorney candidates, including initial review of candidate materials, respond to inquiries, collect information from lateral candidates, coordinate interview process (scheduling, monitoring, evaluation follow-up, etc.),

• Maintain applicant database and department records as well as generate reports
• *The firm requires all personnel including the Talent Acquisition – Attorney Recruiter candidate to have a vaccination except for religious or medical reasons. Mandatory.

The qualified Talent Acquisition -Attorney Recruiter candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or related field ·

• 8-10 years of related attorney recruiting experience, preferably with a large law firm
• Stable work history

Pay: $105,000.00 – $1,200,000.00 per year
