The opportunity.
We’re aiming to become the international leader in sports, lifestyle, and luxury apparel retail, by offering our customers a range of iconic brands. We are looking for Junior Software Developer Apprentices to join our team through our structured Developer training program. While on the programme you will find yourself working in one of our 5 development teams across Ecom, Logistics, Buying, EDI, Retail or Head Office.

Training to be provided:
The Estio Training programme gives young people the opportunity to get hands on experience in the IT industry whilst still employed in a real paid job with no cost or debt.
Learners will receive a structured technical training program throughout the duration of the apprenticeship. Whilst in the workplace, apprentices will also receive continual coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated Skills Development Coach who will be there to ensure that they get the most from their work experience.
This apprenticeship will give you a Level 4 Software Developer Standard with training in areas such as:
· Functional skills, Maths L2 and English L2
· Introduction to Software Development & C#
· Software Development Methodologies
· Software Development Essentials
· Developing Software Using SQL
· Software Languages
· Programming Skills
Some of these modules may include an option to take an examination in order to receive a professional certificate.
