What you’ll do:
As Customer Support, you will assist the Customer Success department in various activities, namely by taking on back-end activities that support our customers and our team internally.
What you can expect:
Data entry and other administrative tasks in support of the Customer Success team, such as transferring outside records to our platform and preparing onboardings
Supporting pre-sales activities with current and prospective clients
Documenting internal processes where necessary and proactively identifying areas for improvement
Possibility to grow and to move to other positions within the Sales or Customer Success teams
