About the Role
We are all about the service – delivering a professional recruitment and selection process to our hiring managers and to our candidates. We know it’s a highly competitive field in which we operate but we are a committed small team covering the UK&ROI who work closely together and with our stakeholders to find the right people for the right Essity opportunity. Based at either our site in Skelmersdale, near Wigan, or at Trafford Park (with 1 day per week in the Skelmersdale office) we are looking for a new member to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. We have a hybrid working model of 3 days office based and 2 days with homeworking flexibility. There may be the occasional need to travel to other sites/offices in the UK, but the majority of our work can be managed remotely.

What You Will Do
You will be leading the recruitment and selection for assigned roles which can range from manufacturing, engineering, technical, commercial, office support roles and young professional recruitment (apprenticeships and graduates). Having moved our HR processes to a global platform (Workday) we will train you as required and develop your skills further. The role will also involve supporting the Employer Attractiveness and Talent Acquisition Manager (UK&ROI) in employer branding activities – such as careers fairs, and social media activities. We are a team that is continuously challenging ourselves, so apply if you want to be part of a team that is focused on learning and pushing our boundaries of capabilities.
Who You Are
We are looking for someone who has strong creative skills and is also passionate about attracting talent to a business – any group from school leavers to middle management. Recruitment experience is key so you can make an impact from the get-go. Experience of using a platform such as Workday or online such as LinkedIn Recruiter would be ideal, but if not, then full training will be provided. What is perhaps more important is your tenacity and proactive approach to work. You will need to demonstrate that you have built up effective relationships with key stakeholders through your naturally engaging communication and listening skills. You will come with great ideas on marketing our opportunities. A marketing or business-related qualification is desirable but not essential.
