Our company is growing and looking for an experienced marketing manager to help take our marketing programs to the next level. This is a strategic and operational role. Candidates for this position are highly motivated, passionate about building brands and experienced in developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns that move hearts and minds. Critical elements of success include project management, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills. Experience in marketing in the education field is strongly preferred. Key responsibilities include:

Strategy:

• Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies and campaigns in collaboration with the chief marketing officer and other stakeholders.

• Continually evaluate market trends, customer needs/problems, and competitive landscape to inform and adjust strategies.

• Develop creative and compelling copywriting, positioning statements, and value propositions across the various offerings, new product launches, and personas.

• Manage website content and create programs to drive traffic to the website using various channels, including SEO, social media, email, and advertising.

Campaigns:

• Create, implement, and manage integrated marketing campaigns. Provide campaign briefs that give clarity and direction to marketing, design, sales, and other business units.

• Develop and manage the content strategy that supports business goals, drives lead generation, and supports sales needs.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales to define event strategies, including live digital events and in-person conferences and trade shows.

• Establish realistic timelines, milestones, and deliverables and ensure they meet the needs of stakeholders.

Enablement:

• Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive marketing qualified leads across B2B segments.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing operations to develop outreach plans, including account-based marketing programs.

• Maintain sales and training collateral, including slicks, flyers, decks, brochures, catalogs, etc.

Reporting:

• Collect, analyze, and communicate marketing results to inform performance and future activities.

• Use data and analytics to optimize the marketing funnel and campaign strategies, evaluating performance across goals and metrics to forecast trends.

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, program management, or growth marketing in the education or technology industries.

• History of building great marketing programs and content with high impact.

• Experience driving customer acquisition through digital and traditional marketing strategies.

• Experience working with creatives and agencies.

• Strong ties to the edtech community and education leaders, and an understanding of the drivers of education technology purchase decisions.

• Experience in building and running complex projects and influencing cross-functional partners.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and extremely high standards of quality.

• Ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects to meet deadlines.

• Open-minded, patient listener, and active participant.

• Creative and authentic storyteller with exceptional copywriting and editing skills.

• Proficient with HubSpot CRM software is a plus.

This is a fully remote role. The ideal candidate should be accustomed to working remotely and have competency with video conferencing and other technical skills critical for a distance relationship.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
