Location: Fargo, ND

This position is a remote/hybrid role that will require to be onsite frequently at our Fargo location

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Lead and execute comprehensive physician recruitment initiatives, tailoring strategies to the unique needs of our organization.

Collaborative Consultation: Engage with diverse stakeholders including hospital administrators, physicians, operations experts, and other key personnel to understand and advocate for optimal medical staffing solutions.

Engaging Storytelling: Enthusiastically represent and promote Essentia Health to potential candidates, showcasing our dedication to excellence and community impact.

Talent Acquisition Excellence: Oversee the complete recruitment process: from crafting lead generation strategies, meticulous screening, and interviewing, to seamlessly orchestrating physician site visits.

Contract Mastery: Play a pivotal role in contract negotiations, ensuring terms that are beneficial for both the physician and Essentia Health.

Smooth Transitions: Oversee vital administrative tasks such as background checks, relocation coordination, and initiating credentialing/privileging processes.

Bonus Negotiations: Oversee requests and negotiations for physician bonuses, ensuring competitive and fair compensation.

Opportunistic Networking: Proactively establish and nurture connections with potential physician candidates, always keeping an eye out for the next perfect fit for our Essentia Health locations with available openings.

Education Qualifications:

Bachelor degree required with a preference in business, marketing, human resources, communications, health or related field.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

Must have a valid driver’s license.
