We are looking for a recruiter that will lead our efforts to building our workforce in our specific sectors.

If you’re someone that has experience with the following – this would be a great fit for you:

• Documented or verifiable experience delivering results with placing skilled trades and technical talent for projects – nationwide
• Creating and executing talent acquisition strategies and building a bench of “Go Ready” personnel
• Managing the workforce once they are in the field
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and multitask
• Successful history with companies building a workforce that had to with moments notice

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Simply put – your responsibility will be to build a workforce in the skilled trades & technical (sciences, environmental, etc.) sectors – that are “go ready”
• Then, we want to replicate that in various regions

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of high volume recruiting experience – preferably in technical or skilled trades positions
• AA or B.A. Degree strongly preferred

Who This Might Not Be A Good Fit For:

• Candidates with only tech sector recruiting experience
• Candidates looking for 100% remote opportunities
• Anyone unable or unwilling to call 100 people per day, if needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
