Title Processing Manager
Growing real estate law office looking for highly organized, detail-oriented, self-driven title processor. 3+ years previous title processing experience required.

Job duties:

1. Prepare CDs and HUD-1s;

2. Order various real estate reports: title commitments, lien and permit searches, judgment searches and surveys, and identify problematic results and satisfy title requirements;

3. Prepare title commitment policies; and

4. Train a staff of at least two title processors on title requirements, title commitments, title policies, and HUD-1/CDs.

Software:

1. Microsoft Word and Excel

2. Quickbooks (a plus);

3. DoubleTime E-closing (a plus);

Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • 8 hour shift
