The Role:
This role will be fast-paced and varied, with no two days the same – you will work alongside a senior recruiter to take candidates through the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring that they receive an exceptional candidate journey. You will help to source top talent in line with our staffing requirements, for both existing and upcoming vacancies and will work closely with our hiring managers to ascertain their needs.
This role may require some travel to attend interviews and careers fairs, therefore a flexible approach and a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle is essential.
A large part of this role will be proactively sourcing the best candidates for our vacancies, so experience of using CV databases, social media and other mediums to source is essential. You will be responsible for a pipeline of candidate’s from offer stage, along the candidate journey to when they are ready to start in their new role with Esland. The ability to work to tight deadlines, build stakeholder relationships, whilst following safer recruitment guidelines to keep our children and young people safe will be an essential part of the role.
The Successful Candidate:
We are looking for an all round administrator/HR administrator and looking for someone with experience of care/education compliance. You must be adaptable and willing to change course at short notice, with bucket loads of personality, passion and enthusiasm!
