This Head of Talent role (FTC 12 months) will be managing an established Talent Acquisition Team in a highly successful corporate business to drive best practice, promote a direct sourcing strategy, diversity and inclusion and review current processes to support rapid and significant growth across the EMEA

The successful candidate will be established as a Head of Talent, Recruitment or Resourcing to empower the team to deliver the needs of the business and outcomes in line with the company’s growth trajectory.

This role will support the implementation of process improvements to optimize the use of existing and new processes, tools, and vendor relationships to ensure the function is delivering exceptional business impact and high stakeholder value.

• Proven track record as an established and respected people leader
• Strong operational recruitment experience to “add value” to current processes
• Evidence of building and enhancing a robust TA model
• Experience fostering collaborative working relationships with business partners, functional leaders, and decision makers, providing influential advice to help them achieve desired business outcomes.
• Remote working or hybrid when offices reopen
