Paid Time Off

• Eligible Employees: Full-time hourly associates
• Eligibility Date: After completing 90 days of continuous service,
• Amount: Accumulate monthly based on hours worked per week (40 hours = 10 days; 35 – 39 hours = 8.75 days; 30-34 hours = 7.5 days)

Sector Paid Sick Leave

• Eligible Employees: Full-time hourly associates
• Amount: 40 hours = 6 days; 35-39 hours = 5.25 days; 30-34 hours = 4.5 days

Personal Days

• One (1) personal day after completion of 90-day probationary period if hired between January 1st – June 30th

Holidays
