eScout Academy Hiring for Instructor/Teaching Assistant at Remote Full Time

Interested in an internship as a part-time Coding/STEM Instructor to empower the next generation of engineers, builders, and creators. We are looking for Part-time Instructors to teach physical computing and coding sessions to schools kids ages 8 -16. All sessions are taught remotely(online) using the structured curriculum, teaching material, and tools developed by eScout Academy. The primary responsibility of the instructor is to engage and deliver topics fun and easy way to students.

Who we are?

eScout Academy offer courses to elementary, middle, and high school students related to STEM after-school programs like Animation and Building games like Minecraft, Roblox, also cover concepts such as Lego robotics, science experiments using small electronics computing devices, creating games using python for middle and High school students. STEM is something we at eScout believe all children and students should have the opportunity to be involved with and enjoy in a fun and creative environment.

Previous work experience and background:

– Familiar with computer science concepts – Code blocks, Scratch, Lego, Javascript, HTML, Web Interfaces, etc.. – Familiar with science and physics concepts.

Usual Timings:

Weekdays: 4 pm to 7 pm EST

Weekends: 9:30 am to 11:30 am EST

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Internship

Pay: $13.00 – $18.00 per hour
