An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced D365 Service Designer to support a large-scale ERP transformation programme within a complex infrastructure and consultancy environment. This role will play a critical part in shaping and stabilising a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation currently undergoing significant programme improvement and delivery refinement.
You’ll work closely with senior programme leadership, stakeholders, and delivery teams to help define service design, improve operational alignment, and ensure the ERP platform supports long-term business objectives across a multi-year transformation roadmap.
