This position is hybrid based on needs and project demands.
As a Talent Acquisition / Recruiter, you will be an integral team member, collaborating with the HR Generalist and managers to administer, design, and improve the entire talent acquisition process.
This role will also assist with other HR projects and initiatives, as needed.

Position Overview
This position, in partnership with the HR Generalist, will support the daily functions of the HR team, primarily with talent acquisition.
This role will be responsible for designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies and processes, including building and cultivating talent pipelines for our hiring needs, and will be instrumental in our ability to continue to attract and retain top talent.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and a self-driven, competitive edge, including finding practical and creative ways to source top talent.
This role will also play a pivotal role in supporting larger HR functions by assisting with projects, compliance, and additional HR tasks, as assigned.

Applicants must be physically capable and possess the skills necessary to perform all aspects of the position requirements, with reasonable accommodations.
This position is primarily office based, involves long periods of sitting and exposure to computer screens, and requires regular use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse.
