About the Role:
Ernesta is looking for a Customer Care Associate to join the foundational Customer Experience and Inside Sales team. In this role, you will be a key hire to help build the industry defining enjoyable and frictionless rug buying experience. This is an opportunity to join a small but visionary team – a high impact role pioneering a new age of customer experience. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be a customer champion – delighting customers and assisting with inquiries, concerns, and matters related to orders, delivery, and more. In each interaction, you will take pride in building strong relationships with customers and ensuring their happiness and loyalty at every touchpoint.
This role is primarily remote but may be expected to travel periodically to our NYC headquarters or other designated location for training, team offsites, and team gatherings. To best support our customers, applicants should have access to a work-friendly environment with high-quality Wi-Fi connectivity.

The anticipated starting base pay for this role is between $20.00/hr to $28.00/hr. This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated pay range for this role. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: experience, education, and skills. This role may also be eligible for additional employment benefits, such as health, dental, and vision insurance, and more.
