Are you a Technical Specification Manager or similar from a construction background looking for full technical training, uncapped commission, and the autonomy to manage your own key accounts within a growing business?

On offer is the opportunity to join a long-standing company within the construction industry who are market leaders within their sector. You will have full control over your workload and be responsible for managing the entirety of the South of England.

This role will involve new business development and managing your own key accounts, consisting of Local Authorities, Highways England, and airports. You will be building a database of key accounts through business development, then managing these accounts to drive sales and delivering specification presentations. This is a remote role with travel required across the South of England.

This role would suit a Technical Specification Manager or similar from a construction background looking for technical training, full autonomy over their workload, and uncapped commission.

THE ROLE:

• Preparing specification presentations
• New business development
• Create and manage a portfolio of key accounts
• Attend client meetings and site visits
• Uncapped commission, realistic earnings of 5k-10k in first year
• Full technical training
• Travel across the South of England required

THE PERSON:

• Technical Specification Manager background or similar
• Construction background
