Are you a Contracts Manager from a Construction or Civils background looking for an autonomous role where you will work closely with the Director and undertake a range of work, both in office and on site within a market-leading specialist contractor who are known for looking after their employees including a bonus scheme, a company vehicle and opportunities to progress into a director’s position?

This company are a market-leading specialist Civils Contractor who have continually grown since their establishment 90 years ago whilst retaining a loyal client base. They have major aims of growth within their sector and are looking to continually expand their team.

This varied role will see you work closely with the Contracts Director, clients and other departments as you autonomously manage a range of exciting contracts. Your responsibilities will include office based work and site visitations (50%/50%) where you will manage costings, surveying work and other varied responsibilities. This company are known for looking after and progressing their employees and offer a company vehicle.

This role would suit a Contracts Manager or similar from a Construction/ Civils background looking for an autonomous and varied role where you will manage a varied range of major contracts and undertake site visits.

The Role:
* Managing varied specialist projects
* In office and on site (50%/50%)
* Arranging for a teams of engineers and sub-contractors to attend site
* Conducting Health and Safety and quality checks
* Lock patch
* Some surveying work- measuring, costings etc.
* Liaison with contracts director, clients and other departments

The Person:
* Contracts Manager or similar
* Construction or Civils Background
* CSCS Gold or Black
* Driving License
