Are you a Director with a background in Civils and Structures looking to head up the Engineering side of the business, with a competitive package, autonomy to make your mark and the flexibility that hybrid working brings?

The company are a market leading building design consultancy, made up of specialist engineers and architects. Off the back of recent growth and success, they are now looking for a seasoned Director to expand Civils within the business.

As Associate Director, you will head up Directorship within Civil and Structural Engineering, you will oversee a team of managers and engineers, leading the planning of projects, distributing resource and leading business development. You will be required to lead from the front and play an integral part of the on-going success of a market leading firm.

This role would suit a Director with a background within Civils and Structures, who is looking for the autonomy and status that a Director role brings, within a well-established industry leading company.

The Role

• Overseeing the whole Engineering operation
• Responsible for heading up the leadership team, overseeing managers within different departments
• Autonomy to drive improvements

The Person

• Experience of working at a Director level
• Civil Engineering background
• Structural Engineering background
