The company deliver leading projects across the UK, across private and public sectors, including highway construction, commercial development, retail development and utility installation. They are renowned for their excellent level of service, working on complex projects across the UK.

You will be supporting various parts of the business, ensuring good client and private team relationships are kept and maintained throughout, whilst taking responsibility for subcontract negotiations, orders and financial accounting to ensure all projects maintain commercial deadlines and attain full commercial potential.

The Role:

• Cash flow, Monthly CVR and cost management forecasting accurately competed
• Management of monthly measures and sub-contractors
• Maintain a professional relationship with clients when attending meetings and agreeing monthly valuations.
• Ensure commercial and contractual processes are followed
• Ensure robust, accurate and timely cost and value ing on the project.

• Graduate Quantity Surveyor
• Background in Civils / Groundworks / Quarrying
