About You

Experienced in internal and/or agency recruitment, you bring an eagerness to find quality candidates that will add value to the organisation, being conscious of making the best fit for the role and team. You take initiative, seek out information and use your interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with others. You can work with high recruitment volumes at pace ensuring candidate care is a priority.

In addition, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Experience in end to end recruitment within a team environment

• Active interest in social media as opportunity to find talent and build networks

We are looking for someone that will take the initiative to ask questions and can work collaboratively, being comfortable working from home and in the office. You will have a willingness to learn and ability to stay motivated while working autonomously.

It is a requirement of this position to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, acquire an NDIS Worker Screening Check and a Victorian Working with Children’s Check

About the Role

Reporting to the National Manager, People Services, this role will manage a portfolio of community based operational roles across Victoria and manage the end-to-end recruitment process from developing sourcing strategies to making offers. To achieve this the role entails:

• Provide advice to Hiring Managers on sourcing plan and selection
• Build strong working relationships with Hiring Managers and provide advice on sourcing plan and selection
• Maintain active Talent Pool of potential candidates
• Utilise multiple avenues of sourcing to build candidate attraction streams
• Ensure all compliance requirements are met in regards to background checking and accuracy of candidate information in our systems
• Identify improvements in processes and work collaboratively with the team to implement new ideas
