ERM is hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition (TA) team to support talent acquisition advisors/recruiters. Currently we are working from home which will continue to be offered to employees after we come out of COVID. Ideally we would like this person to be based in London, Oxford or Manchester.
The ideal candidate
Our ideal candidate will have some interview scheduling and general administration experience, with the ability to demonstrated experience within a fast paced professional environment. We would also like someone with strong organisational and follow up skills to ensure that the recruitment process continues to run smoothly and deadlines are met. Additionally, the individual should possess good attention to detail, be a confident user of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PPT etc) and have prior experience working with a recruitment applicant tracking system (ATS) such as Taleo or Workday. Knowledge of recruitment attraction via social media would be a great advantage.

Role responsibilities
We are growing rapidly and our TA team helps our business achieve their goals through bringing in talent with niche skills set. We deliver recruitment with quality and efficiency and we envisage that the Recruitment Coordinator support will help to ensure that we continue to do so.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Working closely with recruiters across EMEA to schedule interviews; sometimes across different time zones. This requires liaising directly with hiring managers and candidates
Working with recruiters on recruitment marketing strategy. Such as social media publishing activities across various channels e.g. Linkedin, Xing and other relevant job boards.
Invoice processing and logging cost of recruitment campaigns
Work closely with the Early Career recruiters on graduate recruitment campaign activities as when required:
interview and post-interview feedback call arrangements
setting up assessment days and other relevant communications
recruitment marketing: material creation as when required; posting directly to universities i.e. setting up company profile and emailing role to careers service
Support recruiters, reviewing our job positing regularly to ensure the format and quality of the postings are good
Organize internal meetings as when required and other administrative activities
