In this role, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills via phone, social media, and email to connect with and assist clients in navigating their vacation planning. Responsibilities

• Obtain supplier certifications to stay up to date with the most recent changes in the industry
• Demonstrate knowledge and recommendation ability in popular vacation destinations around the globe
• Provide outstanding customer service and attention to detail
• Utilize time management skills in order to research, plan, and book vacation packages for clients
• – Offer exceptional remote customer service throughout the booking process, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing support to enhance the villa vacation experience
