Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Sourcing for candidates through external media outlets
• Visually screening applications
• Conducting preliminary phone interviews
• Qualifying suitable candidates for follow-up interviews with hiring management
• Maintaining a shared customized tracking database of all candidates

An ideal candidate must:

• Have strong communication skills
• Be able to work well under pressure and meet demanding deadlines
• Work well with others, as well as independently
• Have a strong sense of urgency and follow-up
• Have hands-on experience with Google Docs and Microsoft Office
