About The Role

• Part-time role, Melbourne or Adelaide based
• Design & execute impactful learning initiatives, including Triple A Development Pathway
• Manage LinkedIn Learning, aligning content with skill development
• Lead Employee Engagement Survey Platform implementation
• Create a comprehensive companywide Mentoring Program
• Optimize Workday’s L&D module configuration
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to optimize engagement

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Significant experience in Learning & Development or similar roles
• Familiarity with large complex organisations
• Exposure to L&D, engagement, talent, and succession planning
• Strong administration skills
• Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills
• Tertiary qualifications in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related discipline
